Because both the Pluscloud (based on VMware) as well as the Pluscloud open (based on Open Stack) are EU-GDPR compliant. Germany’s largest system house has been working with Plusserver for a long time. The solutions from the Cologne-based data center operator are already an essential part of a data-sovereign cloud offering that Dataport and Bechtle have already submitted to some public sector customers. Thanks to the officially sealed partnership between the system house and the cloud service provider, Bechtle AG can now offer Pluscloud to all of its customers. Through the use of open source technologies, the Plusserver platforms are auditable and have various certifications, such as ISO9001, 27001, PH9.860.1, PCI-DSS and BSI-C5.
