Scenes of security forces assaulting children during demonstrations in Khartoum, in opposition to the army’s measures

Sudanese activists and accounts broadcast on social media videos clips showing the moment the security forces and the army attacked children in the streets of Khartoum after they went out in demonstrations rejecting the Sudanese army’s measures during the past days.

It is noteworthy that the army chief, Lieutenant-General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, declared last Monday a state of emergency in the country, and suspended some articles of the constitutional document, in a step that followed measures that included the arrest of Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok, members of his government and other officials, and the Ministry of Information in the isolated government described it as a “coup.” integrated military personnel.
