Ad manager (m / f / d) digital advertising space

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Ad management for display advertising
  • Keeping track of correct material deliveries and adherence to timings
  • Implementation of small corrections in advertising material (HTML5, JS, Photoshop)
  • Troubleshooting for spelling errors (including via Freshdesk ticket system)
  • External interaction with technical service providers, agencies and customers (publishers)
  • Holistic campaign management in coordination with sales, customers and agencies
  • Analytical tasks with regard to performance control during ongoing campaigns, inventory planning, utilization and availability
  • Creation and maintenance of specifications / presentations (MS Office)
  • Set up, control and optimize ongoing digital advertising campaigns
  • Preparation and analysis of the campaigns
  • Creation and evaluation of campaign reports
  • Customer advice and support and technical support for publishers
  • Anlegen von Private Deals, Preferred Deals (Programmatic Advertising)
  • Creation of credits

Your profile:

  • First experience in ad management (preferably with Google Ad Manager) and programmatic advertising
  • Experience in order processing, ideally in the field of digital advertising campaigns
  • Good MS Office and English skills
  • High level of service awareness when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to derive appropriate conclusions from the data collected (process optimization, recommendations for sales, etc.)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of dealing with customers
  • Initiative, willingness to work and organizational skills as well as a careful and solution-oriented way of working
  • good technical and analytical understanding as well as a strong affinity for digital media
  • high affinity to systems, innovative technologies and new media
  • Experience in dealing with ad server systems and CRM tools
