The partner levels of the new MichaelTelecom partner program range from bronze to diamond. Resellers can now agree on the right category for them with the telecommunications wholesaler from Bohmte in Lower Saxony and then benefit from various advantages.
The terms of these agreements are each one year from the conclusion of the contract and offer benefits such as freight cost exemptions, longer payment terms, bonuses on achievement of goals, low shipping costs, marketing support or exclusive events. “The relationship between a dealer and his supplier is always very special. It is based on pillars such as trust, stability and long-term partnerships,” says Oliver Hemann, CEO at MichaelTelecom. These values have now been implemented in a partner program so that loyalty pays off.
For Hemann, the MichaelTelecom employees are not only contact persons for questions, but also long-term confidants of the specialist trade partners. “Confidants who not only know our industry and our products, but especially our customers as a person and partner. We would like to thank you for this trust and expand it,” he affirmed. Therefore, a new partner program has been developed, which rewards trust.
