In difficult times for stationary specialist retailers, it is good if there is an organization behind the retailers that can offer them support. In order to bundle these services, the two groups Büroring and Ring Grafischer Fachhandels (RGF) will work more closely in the future. The focus is on strengthening the individual association groups as well as promoting medium-sized specialist retailers.
The two people in charge of the groups, Axel Hennemann and Thomas Meurers, agreed on the “profitable cooperation” after “short, because extremely productive negotiations”, as the company said in a communication. In times of growing economic globalization, increasing displacement through online trading, unrestricted product and price transparency and increased pressure on margins, this is becoming more and more important.
As part of the contractually regulated cooperation, the RGF connection houses now have access to the entire service portfolio of the Haaner cooperative. In return, the members of Büroring eG and especially the participants of the Office Print Marketing Group get access to the Light Production Printing (LPP) segment of the RGF.
Axel Hennemann, CEO of Büroring eG, sees his new cooperation partner as a “proven specialist” in the areas of printing and visual communication. “You don’t have to do everything yourself, you just have to know who can do it perfectly,” says Hennemann. In addition, his colleague Meurers knows the association business inside and out and knows what makes specialist dealers tick. “Conversely, the RGF connection houses also benefit from the” significantly broader service portfolio “of Büroring eG.
Thomas Meurers, Managing Director of RGF GmbH, sees the strengths of RGF in national sales and marketing as well as in technology transfer and information exchange. He sees his company as a link between industry and trade. “Thanks to the new cooperation with Büroring eG, we can expand the service portfolio for our members many times over With the offer of the Haaner colleagues, we create a complete service-side for our partners, “says Meurers happily.
