Under the common logo, the netgo group demonstrate more presence in the market. For Oliver Mauss, CEO of the Netgo Group, the brand consolidation means a clear positioning in relation to the competition: “The joint appearance under one brand and the bundled know-how of the companies result in new synergies, especially in the cloud environment, in which I have great potential This way we can effectively use our growth opportunities.”
The bosses of the acquired system houses Cema and Comnet share this view: “With Netgo, we guarantee long-term growth, expand IT services together and strengthen our market position. Customers benefit from a broader portfolio and our bundled IT expertise,” explains Rolf Braun , long-standing board member and managing director of Cema-Holding. In his opinion, the manufacturers also appreciate the joint brand image.
Comnet founder Holger Schmitz is also convinced that the joint branding will enable customers to be looked after better because they are acting nationwide and making optimal use of resources. The task now is to strengthen the group concept and bring the teams together. The joint portfolio, especially in the area of cloud services, should be expanded and customer orientation “sharpened”.
