Picture and irony.. Bale’s troubles do not stop with Real Madrid
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale mocked suggestions that he had lost muscle mass after circulating a picture of the Welshman from training last week, which shocked the “Royal” fans.
The 32-year-old was plagued by injuries at the Bernabeu, and he suffered from knee, leg and back problems, as well as the Corona virus last December.
As a result, he has not worn the “Los Blancos” shirt since last August, although he has been sitting on the bench in the matches between Atletico Madrid and Elche in the past two months.

Last week, a picture of Bale, who was once the world’s most expensive player, appeared noticeably thinner than he was at the start of the season and had lost massive muscle mass.
Real Madrid fans compared his current physique to what he looked like in the summer of 2021, just 6 months ago.
The spread of this image and the harsh criticism prompted the captain of the Wales national team to resort to his account on “Instagram” to respond and publish the same image circulating, but from another angle; Draw a large green arrow pointing to his most prominent thigh muscle with an emoji.
The Welshman clearly feels that the photo was taken of him from the wrong angle, while media reports in Spain claim that “Merengue” has no concerns about Bale’s fitness.
These reports reveal that the former Tottenham star was the best in last Thursday’s training session – when the pictures were taken – as no other player from Real Madrid reached his level.
Real Madrid fans may get a chance to see Bale finally return to play tonight in the Copa del Rey, coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed he could start against Athletic Bilbao.
